Gallup released a new poll Nov. 19 which found that the public in Ukraine is rapidly turning in favor of a negotiated solution. They report that 52% of Ukrainians are in favor of negotiations and “an end to the war as soon as possible,” as opposed to only 38% who want to “keep fighting until victory.”
