European liberal elites seem not able to come to terms with reality. The likely winner of the Presidential election on January 29th in Croatia will be the incumbent President Zoran Milanovic, who has been critical of NATO, the EU, Russian sanctions and military support for Ukraine. He has sometimes been known as the Croatian Donald Trump.
Predictably, an operation against him has been launched by the London Centre for Information Resilience, which reported that “One seemingly inauthentic Facebook account identified by researchers was found to post over 100 times a day,” a “pro-Kremlin disinformation campaign” on social media, according to Politico.
