A conference on Syria will take place in Paris on Feb. 13. It is a followup to a similar conference held in Jordan on Dec. 14, 2024 at the level of the foreign ministers, TASS reported on Feb. 7.
“The conference on Syria that will take place on Feb. 13 in Paris will be held at the ministerial level, as were at the previous conferences in Jordan and Saudi Arabia,” French Foreign Ministry Spokesman Christophe Lemoine said. “Syria will be represented by Foreign Minister Asaad Hassan al-Shibani.”
