U.S. envoy Keith Kellogg met with Ukrainian regime leader Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Kiev yesterday but the two did not have a joint press conference, much to the surprise of waiting reporters. Instead, all they got was a simple photo opportunity where the two posed for pictures.
