U.S. Federal Prosecutor Leading Crusade Against ‘Anti-Semitism’

March 1, 2025 (EIRNS)—The U.S. Department of Justice-led Task Force To Combat Anti-Semitism will soon file federal hate crime indictments against campus activists “supporting Hamas and trying to intimidate Jews,” Leo Terrell, who leads the efforts, told Israel’s Channel 12 News on Feb. 26, reported the Pittsburgh Jewish Chronicle. The effort follows from President Donald Trump’s Feb. 3 executive order entitled “Additional Measures To Combat AntiSemitism.”

Terrell, ironically a civil rights lawyer, is leading this charge to suppress freedom of speech by deliberately misdefining criticism of Israeli genocide against the Palestinians as hatred of Jews. Are Jews who protest against the murderous behavior of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu also prosecutable as “anti-Semites”?
