On April 23, a crowd of some 200 protested a speech by Israel’s outspoken advocate of genocide against Palestinians, National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir, in New Haven, Connecticut at Shabtai, a private Jewish society located very near the campus of Yale University. The crowd chanted “Free Palestine,” and “Yale, your hands are red,” as Ben-Gvir entered the gated building, and, as he left, several water bottles were thrown at him, but he was not injured. One person was arrested.
