Thanks to British and French influence, President Trump has signed a mineral deal with Ukraine that has turned the tables on President Vladimir Putin of Russia, writes Ambrose Evans-Pritchard, a long-time mouthpiece of British imperial propaganda. The deal that was signed is “a radically different document” from Trump’s original demand of hundreds of billions of dollars in war expenses from Ukraine over time, he writes, and by securing access to American weapons for Ukraine, it will be possible to defeat Russia in a war of attrition.
Evans-Pritchard is a known menace, and an indecent liar. For three years, British intelligence has been forecasting that Vladimir Putin is about to die, soon to be followed by the death of the Russian economy, and thereafter, of Russia itself, to then argue that if the U.S. and Europe keep the Ukrainian military and economy afloat “just a little bit longer,” it can still defeat Russia.
