Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov spoke on May 15 via video to the second BRICS Women’s Entrepreneurship Forum, held May 15-16 in Moscow, reported RT.
He noted that the BRICS now encompasses about half the world’s population, and that it’s natural for developing countries to want to participate with it.
