‘Wall Street Urinal’ Teams Up with Sen. Lindsey Graham To Undermine Trump

South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham, who has portrayed himself as a supporter of the President, is setting up President Donald Trump for a colossal failure. Knowing that President Trump is frustrated by the fact that Russia’s President Vladimir Putin is not prepared to accept premature “peace talks” over Ukraine that prove to simply be ephemeral “photo sessions” and then lead to continued warfare, Graham is preparing legislation that would impose draconian 500% tariffs on Russia and on countries purchasing Russian oil, which he hopes will get Trump’s support. While that bastion of “fiscal conservatism,” the Wall Street Journal, has also endorsed this poison pill, it is not terribly likely that President Trump will back such a bill, despite his frustration. Not only would such legislation (should it get Trump’s support) destroy any possibility of peace in Ukraine, it would also overturn the initial progress that has been made with regard to preventing a suicidal trade war with China.
