The Jamestown Foundation has announced that on June 12-13, it will hold another seminar to promote the Anglo-American separatist-terrorist project for Russia run under the cover of the so-called Free Nations of Post-Russia Forum (FNPRF), whose stated objective is to destroy the Russian nation, by splintering it into 40-odd small so-called “nations” which NATO will control. Co-sponsors of this seminar are Texas A&M University’s Bush School of Government & Public Service and the Delphi Global Research Center.

Breaking Russia into pieces has been a centuries-long objective of the British Empire. On behalf of that policy, the Jamestown Foundation has sought, since its founding by the CIA in the 1980s, to crush the opposing U.S. policymaking current, which recognizes that setting out to break up a nuclear-weapons superpower is insane, even if that superpower is considered an adversary. The Jamestown Foundation leadership, self-described continuers of the legacy of Zbigniew Brzezinski, are still angry that in 1991, then-President George H.W. Bush refused to press for full disintegration of Russia when the Soviet Union collapsed that year.

The seminar, titled “Russia’s Future: A Challenge for U.S. Policy,” asserts that Russia, because of the war in Ukraine, is now failing, creating room for “potential mutinies, fracture, and dissolution at home. Understanding the consequences of Russia’s deteriorating internal conditions will be the main topic of the upcoming conference,” which will bring together U.S. and European defense and geopolitical “experts” with “representatives of Russia’s captive nations long-recognized by the United States. Russia is one of the globe’s last colonial empires, denying captive nations the right to self-determination and independence.”
