Despite all of the hype from Silicon Valley-type tech firms, Ukraine’s harnessing of drone technologies, tactics, and operations has not produced superiority on the battlefield against Russia. In fact, the opposite has occurred—Russian forces have achieved superiority over Ukraine. Ukrainian Ambassador to London and former Ukrainian military chief Valery Zaluzhny admitted as much, during a July 26 discussion in Kiev held at an an annual ambassadors meeting.
