“At this stage, I don’t really know what to say about Gaza,” President of Chile Gabriel Boric told the UN General Assembly. “In 2025, thousands of innocent people have lost their lives simply on the grounds of being Palestinian. Eighty years ago, the same thing happened: millions lost their lives simply for being Jewish.”
“Gaza is a global crisis,” he said, “because it is a crisis of humanity.”
