Florida’s U.S. Rep. Anna Paulina Luna posted on Oct. 14: “I have received a hard copy of the report on JFK’s assassination from the Ambassador of Russia. A team of experts is enroute to my office in the morning to begin translation and full review of documents. We will be uploading as soon as we can. Thank you again to everyone involved to include the Russian embassy for making this happen. This is of massive historical significance.”
One of the 386 pages is actually a hand-drawn map of a “Kennedy-Khrushchev World Peace Bridge,” a land-link connecting Alaska and Siberia. On the map is written: “Kennedy-Khrushchev World Peace Bridge could and should be built between Alaska and Russia. At once” [emphasis in original].
The map caught the attention of General Director of the Russian Direct Investment Fund Kirill Dmitriev, the negotiating partner of Trump’s special envoy Steve Witkoff. He posted the map and added the message: “Elon Musk, imagine connecting the US and Russia, the Americas and the Afro-Eurasia with the Putin-Trump Tunnel—a 70-mile link symbolizing unity. Traditional costs are $65B+, but The Boring Company’s tech could reduce it to <$8B. Let’s build a future together!”
Then he added: “With modern Boring Company technology this can become a Putin-Trump tunnel connecting the Eurasia and Americas for < $8 billion.” He included his own graphic of the Bering Strait tunnel project.
A tunnel beneath the Bering Strait, discussed over a century ago, in mid-August was posed by the Schiller Institute’s Helga Zepp-LaRouche as a keystone project for building a solid U.S.-Russia relationship.
