Kirill Dmitriev, CEO of the Russian Direct Investment Fund and Special Envoy of the President of Russia for investment and economic cooperation, announced on his X page that he has received an award from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce “for leadership in fostering the U.S.-Russia dialogue,” TASS reported. He indicated that more than 150 American companies are operating in Russia, with more than 70% having remained there for 25 years. He noted that over $300 billion in profit had been lost to U.S. business because of former U.S. President Joe Biden’s policies.
