The efforts of the CO2 Coalition (one of whose founders is Prof. William Happer) have finally succeeded in repealing Pennsylvania’s economically crippling Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI). The state’s pending participation in this interstate carbon tax was killed this week as part of budget negotiations in Harrisburg.

CO2 Coalition spokesmen have testified multiple times before both the Pennsylvania House and the Senate and spoken to numerous organizations concerning this harmful climate pact, providing the facts about the benefits of modest warming and increased CO2 in the Keystone State.
