The next round of Russia-U.S. talks on resolving the Ukraine conflict is expected to occur over the Dec. 2021 weekend in Miami. Russian President Vladimir Putin’s envoy Kirill Dmitriev is expected to come for meetings with Trump special advisor Steve Witkoff and Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner, Axios reports, citing White House sources.
This would be an opportunity for the U.S. side to inform the Russians about the state of discussions with Ukrainian officials.
