Gaiani Writes, Moscow Does Not Need a Pretext

According to Gianandrea Gaiani, editor of the Italian military magazine Difesa Online, the idea that Moscow has invented a Ukrainian attack on Putin’s residence in order to have a pretext for stalling the negotiations “is utter nonsense, because the elements needed to stall the negotiations are already in place, despite Trump’s words about the fruitful talks with Zelenskyy and Putin’s intention to end the war.”
