David Barnea, the chief of Israel’s Mossad spy agency, reportedly arrived in the U.S. on Jan. 16 for a meeting with White House envoy Steve Witkoff at Mar-a-Lago, and possibly others, to discuss the situation in Iran, Axios reported.
Witkoff appeared at the the Israeli-American Council conference in nearby Hollywood, Florida last night where he fielded questions during an onstage interview. Asked if he thinks a U.S. military strike against Iran is likely, Witkoff responded, “I hope there’s a diplomatic resolution. I really do.”
