White House envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner are going to be in Geneva Feb. 17 for the next session of the three-way U.S.-Ukraine-Russia talks. Before that meeting they plan to meet with the Iranian delegation in the morning, a source “briefed on the matter” told Reuters on Feb. 13.
