Over the past six days, all members of the Russian leadership, including President Vladimir Putin and Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, have stated that the Ukrainian May 21-22 attack on a trade college in Starobelsk, Russia, killing 21 students and teachers, was a “terrorist attack”; that they would take retaliation, which they did; and that any future Ukrainian-European attack would prompt Russia to respond at a level beyond retaliation.
Evidence has mounted showing that the United Kingdom is the leading co-producer, co-designer, co-real-time intelligence-gatherer for the deployment of hundreds of thousands of drones that attack Russia. The U.K. is killing Russian citizens.
On April 15, 2026, the U.K. Ministry of Defense, in a press release, entitled “U.K. Announces Biggest Ever Drone Package To Push Back Putin,” stated:
“The U.K. has announced the biggest ever drone package for Ukraine, delivering at last 120,000 drones for Ukraine this year and driving growth and jobs across the U.K…. The new package, the largest of its kind ever supplied by the U.K., will include thousands of long-range strike drones, intelligence and reconnaissance drones, logistics drones and maritime capabilities, which are all battle-proven on Ukraine’s frontline. Deliveries of these new drones to Ukraine have already started this month.”
This operation arose from a January 16, 2025 agreement signed by U.K. Prime Minister Keir Starmer and Ukrainian ruler Volodymyr Zelenskyy. It was entitled the agreement of a “One Hundred Year Partnership,” which established a long-term framework to “deepen” cooperation, especially in “defense and security.”
Britain and Ukraine set up joint drone companies, such as:
Ukrspersystems: The Ukrainian drone manufacturer opened a new defense plant in the U.K. The company manufactures hundreds of drones monthly for the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
