DPR head Denis Pushilin reported on Wednesday that the Kiev regime attacked the center of Donetsk city with Storm Shadow missiles, wounding eight people, all civilians. “In the Kievsky district of Donetsk, as a result of an attack by Anglo-French long-range cruise missiles of the air-launched Storm Shadow/SCALP-EG in the area of the Donetsk City shopping and entertainment center a child, a girl born in 2016 and a woman born in 1973 were moderately injured, a teenage girl born in 2010 and a woman born in 1947, men born in 1987, 1981, 1977 and 1949 were injured,” he wrote on the Max messenger reported TASS. “We have repeatedly warned that any British military facilities and hardware, whether in Ukraine or beyond, may become targets in response to Ukrainian strikes on Russian territory using British weapons,” Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Thursday. Photos and video posted on Russian Telegram channels show that the attack took place in broad daylight.
Zakharova noted during her press briefing that two of the eight victims were children. “I would like to remind you that it was precisely the blueprints for these missiles that the new British Prime Minister, A. Burnham, handed to V.A. Zelensky in Kiev on August 24 of this year, intended to localize their production within Ukraine,” she noted. “Yet, just two days later, these very missiles are being used against civilians. Do ordinary Britons know about this? Of course not, because the British media themselves do not tell the British public about it...”
