Myrotvorets, the most well-known of the target lists assembled by the Zelensky regime’s private and public military and intelligence services of foreign and domestic opponents of NATO’s proxy war against Russia, as of June 22 boasts a proud banner announcing that “as of June 2026, there are 5,000,000 scum” listed in its “Purgatory”—its target-and-kill registry. Myrotvorets celebrates by superimposing the numeral “5,000,000” in giant red letters surrounded by flames over a montage of “Purgatory” entries.
Many entries in the “Purgatory” registry carry the tagline at the bottom reading: “The Myrotvorets Center asks law enforcement authorities to consider this [person’s] publication on the site as a statement that this citizen committed a deliberate act against the national security of Ukraine, peace, the security of humanity and the international legal order, as well as other offenses.” Unspecified, is how many of the entries on the five million people designated as “scum” carry the characteristic red slash which Myrovorets places when the person has been “eliminated;” that is killed.
Molfar, another Ukrainian “private” contractor assigned by the UK-US-EU-NATO war party to draw up target lists for Ukraine’s military-intelligence services, issued a new report in June titled “Bots, Blackouts and Nuclear Threats: How Russia Manufactures Lies About Ukraine.” It was announced as the first in a series; one upcoming expose promised is to be the “inside story” of the “operation to discredit the Azov Regiment"—the Ukrainian military’s most overtly neo-Nazi regiment. The Molfar report (at least what is publicly posted) focuses on Russia’s “sophisticated influence machine"/psy-war operations; no “western propagandists,” on which Molfar has assembled target lists in the past, are mentioned. (Typically, this Molfar “investigation” was financed by the Swedish-Norwegian Askold and Dyr Foundation, which, in turn, is administered by the USAID- and EU-funded “Ukrainian” ISAR Ednannia NGO.)
Molfar includes a call for the establishment of an “international registry for Russian psy operatives” among the report’s proposals for “How to Counter Information Operations: International Lessons.”
Such a registry has long been the demand of the Ukrainian government’s “official” target-or-kill list operation of the Center for Countering Disinformation, which operates out of Zelensky’s National Security and Defense Council. Today, the CCD homepage links to the “War and Sanctions” page maintained by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense (HUR), which, in turn, includes a page for its registry of “Kremlin mouthpieces” charged with promoting Russian propaganda.
“The whole world needs to know” who these people are, the CCD/HUR site asserts, “in order to block [them], impose sanctions, ban entry, close bank accounts, and stop all cooperation. The aggressor’s propaganda troops have no place in the civilized world!”
