One glaring weakness behind the U.S. economic warfare against Iran is the out-of-control trans-Atlantic debt bubble, including the $40 trillion in U.S. government debt, something the Iranians are growing bolder in pointing out. “The U.S. Treasury Secretary has been gleefully boasting about wanting to impoverish Iranians and collapse our economy. Instead, he stands powerless and exposed as the world loses belief in the U.S. financial system,” Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi posted on X yesterday. “Meltdown over cost of funding U.S. debt is only the beginning.”
