Sept. 21, 2026—On Sept. 20, London’s Financial Times published an op-ed entitled, “Multilateralism is Not Idealism, It is a Necessity.” The authors are President Lula da Silva of Brazil, President William Ruto of Kenya, President of the European Council António Costa, and Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney. They write, “…we are coming together with a new initiative: ‘Partners for Multilateralism.’ P4M is not about creating another exclusive bloc or another international bureaucracy. Its purpose is the opposite: to create a flexible, open framework for countries from different regions and political traditions that are willing to work across divides, to build coalitions for reform and to translate shared principles into practical action.”
Whatever the other signers may have in mind with this association of so-called “middle powers,” Tony Blair-clone Mark Carney has demonstrated that his intention is the implementation of King Charles’ genocidal “Global Britain” green agenda. Charles has made no secret of his opinion that the world can only sustain one billion people, and financier climate activist Carney, who did a stint as UN Special Envoy on Climate Action and Finance after his term as governor of the Bank of England, has been the enforcer of financial lending policies to deprive developing nations of efficient forms of energy in the name of “curbing CO₂ emissions.” Lack of abundant reliable energy is an effective way to increase death rates.
What King Charles’ loyal subject Mark Carney is actually preparing you for, is a state of global war and mass genocide. Do not be taken in by his shallow, innocent-sounding statements. Many people, including American economist Jeffrey Sachs, were fooled by Carney when he spoke at the World Economic Forum in Davos this past January. Against the backdrop of President Trump’s bizarre and illegal kidnapping of the president of Venezuela, Carney presented himself as a reasonable, mild-mannered statesman, opposing the old colonial order, (except, that he failed to condemn the egregious military action in Venezuela). In reality, Carney was at Davos in order to establish a “NATO bank” to prepare for war with nuclear superpower Russia.
Officially named the “Defence, Security and Resilience Bank” (DSR Bank), Carney’s NATO bank is to be headquartered in Canada. While Carney was calling for the “middle-level powers” to unite against the large powers, so far, the nations which have pledged to join his bank include Albania, Belgium, Greece, Latvia, Luxembourg, Romania, Türkiye, and Ukraine. Ukraine has been bled of most of its population in a senseless proxy war against Russia and is in a state of economic collapse. Among these nations, only Türkiye could be considered a middle power and is merely hedging its bets. Türkiye has no interest in a war with Russia.
At the World Economic Forum in Davos, Canadian Prime Minister Carney was proposing to do precisely the opposite of what his Financial Times co-authors advocate. Carney intends to divide the world into blocks and exacerbate and fund the wars that are currently ongoing for the purpose of bailing out a bankrupt Western financial system and reducing the human population.
As the Global Majority, represented by BRICS+, the SCO and China’s Belt and Road Initiative, among others, seeks to establish a new order of relations, based on the UN Charter, the Western world is returning to a barbaric state of feudalism, presided over by a bunch of Epstein-pervert billionaires.
