Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov announced “The consultations will take place on Aug. 16-18 in Vienna,” he told TASS, referring to the next round of the strategic stability talks between Russia and the U.S., which will follow up those on June 22-23 in Vienna, when he and U.S Special Presidential Envoy for Arms Control Marshall Billingslea met.
