Authorities in the self-declared Donetsk People’s Republic continue to point out signs of an impending attack by the Kiev forces against the two self-declared Donbass republics. “The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry is asking foreign embassies to quietly notify foreign citizens they should leave the zone of Kiev’s military operation in Donbass,” DPR military spokesman Eduard Basurin said this morning, reported TASS. “Alongside this, a number of new restrictions have been introduced on the Ukrainian border on visits by foreigners who fail to present solid enough reasons for entering the country,” he added.
