Lula and Ramaphosa Confer on Peace Efforts, BRICS

Brazilian President Lula da Silva reported June 24 that he had met with many African government leaders during Emmanuel Macron’s Paris “Global Refinancing” show. That included meeting South African President Cyril Ramaphosa. “We spoke about the upcoming BRICS meeting and about President Ramaphosa’s trip to Kyiv and St. Petersburg, and the talks which he had with Zelenskyy and Putin,” Lula reported in a tweet.
