Donald Trump Jr. called for forcing Ukraine to the negotiating table by cutting off funding. He said on a Jan. 12 podcast (Timcast IRL), as reported by RT, “Cut off the money. It’s the only way you get them to the table, right?” He said that the $111 billion in funds that the U.S. has sent to Kiev has resulted in killing “hundreds of thousands of innocent men…. We’re literally creating the oligarch class of billionaires in Ukraine with whatever is being siphoned off ... while they send young men to die as cannon fodder on the frontlines because they couldn’t care less.” Despite all the Western aid, the Ukrainians “were never winning, they were probably never going to win.”
