A Dutch appeals court on Feb. 12 ordered the Netherlands government to block all exports of F-35 fighter jet parts to Israel over the concern they are being used in violation of international law during Israel’s Gaza offensive.

The decision came as Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte traveled to Israel to meet with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to discuss the conflict.

The court said the government had to comply with the order within seven days and dismissed a request by government lawyers to suspend the order pending an appeal to the Supreme Court.
