Speaking today at a meeting on the situation in the Kursk, Belgorod, and Bryansk regions, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that the Ukrainian forces had made another attempt to attack the Kursk nuclear plant. “The enemy attempted to strike a nuclear power plant tonight. The International Atomic Energy Agency has been informed,” Putin said. “They promise to come themselves and send specialists for assessment of the situation. I hope that in the end this will be done on their part.”
