The vaunted “victory plan” that Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy brought to Washington, D.C., today, is, according to a Bloomberg report that cites unnamed Western sources familiar with the package, not a plan for victory and not capable of impressing anyone that it is. Rather, as one official put it, it is more of a “wish list.” The Kyiv Independent reported that “another source familiar with Zelenskyy’s discussions with foreign leaders said it contained ‘no surprises’ and was not a ‘major game-changer.’”
