The Telegraph of London reported yesterday that Russian soldiers have “punched through Ukrainian lines” in Russia’s Kursk region only a day after a U.S. official said Kyiv could hold the territory for months. It cites military bloggers on both sides to such effect.
“The enemy pushed through the left flank of the Kursk grouping of Ukrainian defense forces,” Ukrainian blogger DeepState was quoted as saying. “We are on the verge of another mess due to the repetition of mistakes.”
