Never a man of lucidity, Sen. Lindsey Graham went over the top this weekend in remarks to Fox News in which he threatened any and all countries—including America’s closest allies—who try to help the International Criminal Court (ICC) to implement its arrest warrant against genocidal Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Sputnik reported that Graham stated: “To any ally—Canada, Britain, Germany, France—if you try to help the ICC, we’re gonna sanction you,” adding that the U.S. would “crush” the economies of countries that support the ICC’s efforts.
