Russia’s Ministry of Defense reported that, yesterday, six American-made ATACMS tactical missiles and four air-launched Storm Shadow cruise missiles were launched from Ukraine, and directed at the large Kamensky chemical plant in Russia’s southern Rostov Region. The MoD reported using S-400 and Buk-M3 surface-to-air missile systems, and the Pantsir air defense system, to intercept nine of the ten incoming missiles; while one Storm Shadow missile was reported to have veered off course, causing damage to a technical building on the premises.
