Early media reports indicate that Russia attacked the city of Kiev this morning with a ballistic missile, damaging some non-residential buildings in three districts, killing one and injuring three; fires broke out in multiple buildings. The buildings housed the editorial offices of Ukraine’s State Foreign Broadcasting Enterprise, according to the Freedom television channel, which reported that its newsroom had been destroyed, reported Al Jazeera. In other words, non-residential civilian infrastructure.

Overnight, Russia attacked Ukraine with 23 cruise and ballistic missiles and 109 drones, the Ukrainian air force said, causing damage to six regions. The Air Force said it shot down 13 of the missiles and 40 drones, while 54 others caused no damage, reported the Moscow Times.
