British Empire Panics at Prospect of World War II-Style U.S.-Russian Cooperation To Destroy Fascism

If you’re a London grandee today, you are starting to panic.
It’s bad enough that Presidents Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin had a cordial and productive two-hour phone discussion on Monday, May 19, working together to stop the deadly Ukraine war—over the lurid protestations of London, Paris, Berlin and others. It’s also bad news, as far as British geopoliticians are concerned, that Trump has not given in to Bibi Netanyahu’s demands that the U.S. and Israel jointly bomb Iran back to the Stone Age—to the point that London’s shopworn “breakaway ally” scenario is being activated, in which Israeli crazies decide to go it alone, and start a war that the U.S. is then forced to join.
But worst of all, from the standpoint of the ideological heirs of Winston Churchill and Henry Kissinger, Trump and Putin spoke “extensively and warmly” about the fact that their countries were World War II allies, and how regrettable it is that “strange circumstances” have driven them apart. Read the account provided by the Russian news agency TASS of the briefing that Kremlin aide Yury Ushakov gave journalists yesterday:
“Trump also said during the conversation that he was deeply impressed by the price paid for the victory in World War II. The American leader said the Russians sacrificed more lives than anyone else in that war. He said many people in the U.S. do not believe him when he says this, but it remains the case. The Presidents spoke ‘extensively and warmly’ about the fact that the countries were WWII allies. ‘Trump remembers we were brothers-in-arms and he regretfully said that due to strange circumstances our countries today are not only not together, but very far apart.’”
A resumption of that anti-fascist U.S.-Russian relationship, if coupled with a U.S.-China agreement to work together for economic development—not speculative lucre—across the planet, would be the death knell of the Western Establishment’s entire bankrupt system.
And they know it. No surprise, then, that they are taking recourse to assassinations and other wetworks to try to stay in control. In addition to last week’s open threats to assassinate President Trump and President Putin, this week has seen a professional hitman deployed to kill two top aides to the mayor of Mexico City—a clear message to Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum and all Global South leaders—and then today the assassination of an important Ukrainian opposition leader, Andriy Portnov, in Madrid, Spain. Ukraine’s notorious Myrotvorets hit squad de facto took credit for the contract killing, by publishing a picture purportedly of Portnov’s dead body on the ground, with a big red diagonal banner across the photo reading “Liquidated”—their trademark terror tactic. Myrotvorets first targeted Portnov with a lengthy entry back in 2015.
As this news service has extensively documented, the well-known Myrotvorets death list functions jointly with the neo-Nazi Zelenskyy regime’s Center for Countering Disinformation, which is financed by the British government and—at least until recently—the U.S. State Department. The CCD went so far as to include on their target list Tulsi Gabbard, whom they only removed when President Trump named her as Director of National Intelligence.
Now, a “news” item published May 20 by “Myrotvorets News,” a subsection of the kill list site, brazenly put President Trump in their sights as well, and emphasized that they were doing just that: “Earlier, Trump’s statements [friend of international war criminal Putin—Myrotvorets News’ note] were more decisive. He said: ‘Nothing will happen until Putin [an international war criminal and Trump’s friend—Myrotvorets News’ note] and I meet.’”
Does all of this add up to British imperial overreach? Only if we make it so. Attend the Schiller Institute’s Memorial Day weekend conference, and learn not only how to politically defeat this enemy, but also to join in designing a New Paradigm to replace it, one worthy of the dignity of Man.
