The EU, which looks more and more like the post-1815 totalitarian system, has issued its 17th package of sanctions against Russia and is already thinking of the 18th. Reports from Brussels are that an idea is to put a $30 ceiling on the oil price, in order to “damage” Moscow. The new sanctions will instead damage EU member states, like all their predecessors.

Meanwhile, the 17th package, formally decided yesterday, is targetting against EU citizens, among others targeting persons who have been responsible for pro-Russian actions. The German thought-police organization Correctiv was able to view the draft, which contains a list of “propagandists” who have emigrated to Russia, as well as IT companies, whose role in “Russian hybrid warfare” was allegedly exposed by Correctiv in the past years.

The reference to individuals who emigrated to Russia names two German citizens: Thomas Röper, who has founded the website Anti-Spiegel, and vlogger Alina Lipp. They are threatened with a travel ban on EU territory and a confiscation of their properties.

As to Correctiv, this operation authored the fake “Deportation Conspiracy” attributed to the Germany’s AfD party in January 2024, which was used to deviate attention from the massive farmer protests in Germany and to launch “Anti-Right” demonstrations throughout Germany. Correctiv was acting in complicity with the BfV internal intelligence agency and the demos were organized by the Traffic Light government.
