Medvedev Warns Ukraine: Use of a 'Dirty Bomb' Could Mean a 'Clean Bomb'

Dmitry Medvedev, the former Russian President and Prime Minister, and now Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council, responded on June 22 to a June 20 Q&A session with President Vladimir Putin at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. Medvedev took to his Telegram page to warn Ukraine, reported RT: “that the ‘possible attempts by the enemy to create and use a so-called dirty bomb’ would meet a ‘proportional’ response from Moscow.
