It’s quite possible that a new, nastier round in the Peter Mandelson/Jeffrey Epstein scandal is being orchestrated in the United Kingdom in order to get Prime Minister Keir Starmer out of the way. Starmer has been a tad dovish on the Iran war for the taste of hardliners in London, who are gunning for an open escalation against not only Iran, but against China and Russia as well. Many of these circles are associated with the neo-con Henry Jackson Society crowd: former Prime Ministers Tony Blair and Boris Johnson, ex MI6 head Sir Richard Dearlove, National Security Adviser Jonathan Powell, and others.
This is all escalating on the eve of King Charles’s victory lap visit to Washington, D.C., to help Trump celebrate the 250th anniversary of U.S. independence. He and Queen Camilla will have a four-day state visit to Washington, D.C., starting April 27, including a private meeting with President Donald Trump, a White House state dinner, and an address to a joint session of Congress on April 28.
