On June 14, President Donald Trump announced that he had reached “a deal” with Iran, which is now scheduled to be officially signed on Friday in Switzerland, after a virtual memorandum of understanding signing that had occurred the same day that Trump made his announcement.

Epstein-class Democrats like Senators Chris Murphy and Cory Booker were quick to attack the agreement, claiming that it amounts to a “surrender” by President Trump, as were pro-Zionist neocons like Mike Pompeo and the Atlantic Council. At the G7 meeting, President Trump mentioned President Putin of Russia and President Xi of China for their assistance and said that he hoped that things would go forward rather quickly, “but they might not… you never know,” he added in true Trumpian form.

Also at the G7 meeting in France, President Trump lambasted the group for excluding Russia. He said, “You spend most of your time talking about him [Putin], and he’s not even at the table.” Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney looked distinctly uncomfortable and shortly thereafter ended the press conference. The way the press covered Carney’s intervention was to say that he used his chairmanship to stop President Trump’s “whiny” pro-Putin rant.

Those who viewed video footage from the G7 summit could not help but notice a group of pathetic has-beens, from EU Commissioner Ursula von der Leyen to British Prime Minister Keir Starmer to France’s Emmanuel Macron and Ukrainian Acting President Volodymyr Zelensky, embracing one another and trying to act as if they still ran the world, which they clearly do not. Also, it was noticeable that President Trump did not speak with Zelensky once during the dinner.

Israeli war criminal Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu and his billionaire controllers are no doubt in garment-rending fits trying to figure out how to derail the potential end of the hostilities against Iran. Israel has continued its bombardment of Lebanon, in an effort to disrupt the fragile ceasefire before the Friday official signing

Schiller Institute founder Helga Zepp-LaRouche has urged that citizens of the world seize the moment to put the extended Oasis plan on the table. It is clear that those who have a stake in the multi-quadrillion-dollar bubble of derivatives obligations held by the City of London and Wall Street fear that peace will lead to an implosion of their fictitious value and are doing what they can to prevent peace from breaking out. Therefore, steps must be taken now to bring about “economic interconnectivity,” as former Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said, to consolidate the move toward peace.

Zepp-LaRouche has also urged people not to underestimate the important intervention of Pope Leo XIV, who is addressing his flock across the planet, reminding them and everyone else who is paying attention, that human life is sacred and that, in fact, we are endowed by our creator with “certain inalienable rights, Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness,” and of course, without life, and the means to sustain it, liberty and happiness are impossible. Humanity is indeed fortunate to have, in the midst of this tumultuous period, a faith leader followed by over one billion people, who speaks in terms of universal principles, and who, like the late Lyndon LaRouche, is well aware that Artificial Intelligence, as helpful as it can be, can never replace human creative reason, and is incapable of making moral judgments. The fact that the Pope comes from the heart of America gives his words a special resonance.

In such a moment as this, where the old colonial order is stretching its scrawny, sharp-clawed arms up from its grave to pull mankind into the abyss, all people of goodwill must act for the needed victory of humanity over depravity. What kind of person, witnessing a colossal struggle where a feather’s weight might tip the balance, stands on the sidelines waiting to see who wins, rather than taking the needed action?

It should be obvious to everyone who thinks about it that the old order cannot succeed. Like all empires of the past, it will cannibalize itself and fade into oblivion. This collapse of Empire does not guarantee that a better order for mankind comes into existence. The new paradigm must be fought for, and the universal principles allowing it to endure must be embraced. That was the life’s work of Lyndon LaRouche. Now is the time to join his associates in liberating mankind, just as Ben Franklin intended 250 years ago.
