Politico reported in its June 12 National Security bulletin that the House Rules Committee has set a June 18 deadline for legislators to submit any amendments to the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), with the aim of voting on the $1.1 trillion [sic] bill before the July 4th holiday.
Of all the atrocities included in the House’s proposed NDAA defense budget, the one that must be removed at all costs is Sec. 224, which would codify into law the integration of U.S. and Israeli defense and intelligence capabilities, de facto merging them into one. Rep. Thomas Massie has promised to introduce an amendment to exclude this section from the bill. (The section, according to Politico, has been renumbered to Sec. 219 in the final version voted up by the House Armed Services Committee.)
U.S. independent candidate for president Diane Sare called on U.S. citizens on June 13 to join with her in an all-out mobilization to stop “this treasonous legislation,” along with its Senate counterpart embedded in Section 622 of the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2027 (of S.4615), from being enacted into law. To keep our independence as a nation, there must be “no merger with the Israeli Mossad or British MI6,” she warned!
