The press service of Russia’s Second Western District Military Court told TASS that “The court has received materials in the criminal case against Wallace, charged in absentia with committing an offense under Part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Russian Criminal Code (calls for public promotion of terrorism on the internet). At preliminary hearings, the procedure for the in absentia trial will be determined, as well as the date of the first substantive hearing.” No date was specified for those preliminary hearings.
