Is the Congress for Cultural Freedom Still Active? Saunders' Expose Re-published in Italy

The Italian publishing house Fazi Editore has published a reprint of Francis Saunders’ Who Paid the Piper, the 1999 book that exposed the Congress for Cultural Freedom, the CIA covert operation for public mind control, set up in 1950. Fazi Editore had already published the Italian translation of the book in 2004, and decided to reprint it because current times suggest that the CCF, or its legacy, is still active.

Significantly, the introduction to the reprint has been written by author Giovanni Fasanella, who has published many books on the British destabilization of Italy, using evidence found in Foreign Office papers and other British archives.
