There Is Now Only One Party to Anchorage Agreements, Ushakov Says

In comments to Vesta journalist Pavel Zarubin, presidential aide Yuri Ushakov noted that there is in Russia’s view no possibility at the moment of President Trump realizing any of the intentions he expressed in his Anchorage summit with President Putin. The failure to follow-up by the Trump Administration and the extreme deference, to put it mildly, which President Trump showed to the anti-Russian measures imposed by the European leaders at the recent G7 summit, has led to Russia drawing these conclusions.
