Vatican to Send a Representative to Moscow in August

The Vatican announced on August 7 that it would be sending Archbishop Paul Richard Gallagher, the Vatican Secretary for International Affairs, to Moscow on August 25-26. Rumors to that effect have been circulating for the last 24 hours, and have now been confirmed by Bishop Nikolai Dubinin, the Apostolic Administrator of the Archdiocese of the Mother of God in Moscow
