Russia and Ukraine today exchanged the remains of soldiers killed on the battlefield. Once again, the exchange was massively disproportionate, as Russia handed over 252 bodies to Ukraine and Ukraine handed over 25 bodies to Russia. (A month ago, it was 252 to 23.)
The exchange happened in Belarus, near the Ukrainian border, and was overseen by the International Committee of the Red Cross.
