Former Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff has declared that the U.S. weaponization of the dollar against other countries ensures that the dollar’s hegemony will be challenged. Her remarks, apparently to an event organized by a “Pacific Dialogue,” were circulated in a brief video clip with Chinese and English subtitles, posted to the Twitter account of a Chinese diplomat in St. Petersburg today.
