Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev went after Ukrainian regime chief Volodymyr Zelenskyy who went bonkers over the U.S.-Russia talks in Riyadh. “In addition to the problems at the front and the complexities of the domestic situation, it seems that his main patron is really angry with him,” Medvedev wrote on his Telegram site. “Trump is speaking harshly about responsibility for starting the war, demanding an accounting of the stolen money, new legitimization in the elections and recognition of the realities that have developed on the ground. And, of course, payment for the previously provided assistance. The rat is cornered,” he said.
Continuing the analogy, Medvedev noted that, when cornered, “it (the rat) rushes about feverishly, squeals shrilly and, as a rule, in such cases eventually launches a counterattack.” He warned that the Ukrainian leader may resort to any provocation in order to disrupt the settlement and continue the war to the last Ukrainian—up to and including strikes on his own cities or even the use of weapons of mass destruction like a “dirty bomb.”
