Paulo Nogueira Batista, Jr., the former Executive Director in the IMF for Brazil and co-founder and Vice President of the BRICS New Development Bank, has posted on his YouTube channel a video excerpt from EIR’s Sept. 4, 2026 roundtable, "An Alternative to War and Looting in the Americas."
