Fabio Mini is a Lieutenant General in the Italian Army. He has commanded Bersaglieri units at all levels and held senior leadership positions within the Army, Defense and NATO. He served in the United States, China, and the Balkans. He was Chief of Staff of NATO’s Southern Europe Command and commander of the international mission in Kosovo. He writes for the Limes and Geopolitica journals, and from 1989 to 2024 he published and edited some twenty books on war.
